About Us

Chef Lorin Shipps received classic French cuisine training at the Ritz Escoffier School in Paris and perfected classic French techniques while adopting a style all his own. After working in many local restaurants including sous chef at the West End Grill, Chef Lorin opened the Bistro Renaissance in 2007.

Dedicated to offering a memorable dining experience, he has paired with the recently opened Encore Musical Theatre to provide a truly enjoyable evening of fine dining and professional musical theatre entertainment.
